Corktown video of the week
News & Events for the week of January 19, 2015
THE EYES HAVE IT: Corktown’s beloved new underpass murals got a ton of great press over the last week.
Things kicked off with a segment on Metro Morning, with comments from CRBA VP Arthur Sinclair. You can listen to the segment here.
The Toronto Star weighed in soon after, with an article headlined “Corktown underpass murals brighten, enlighten.” We agree — also, hey, that rhymes.
Finally, from Inside Toronto comes word that our own Underpass Park will play host to a three-day underpass mural festival in June. We’re looking forward to it!
