FIREWORKS FESTIVAL READY TO SPARK: Our friends at Alumnae Theatre will debut the 2014 FireWorks Festival this week, starting on Thursday, November 13. You’ll be able to catch new full-length plays developed at Alumnae, associated workshops, panel discussions and other events, offering a rare opportunity to explore behind-the-scenes issues and aspects of the productions. RE-OPEN OUR STREETS: Over 170 people have signed the petition to Infrastructure Ontario and the provincial government asking that Cherry Street and Old Eastern Avenue be re-opened to all forms of traffic. If you haven’t added your support, you can do see at this link.
