HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE LATTE: If you’d love some caffeine to add a buzz to your Yuletide festivities, then Sumach Espresso is the place to be this Sunday afternoon.
Join the fun as owner Mike Cullen and his baristas offer a Christmas cornucopia of pastries, espresso and other drinks including such seasonal specials as cinnamon or peppermint mocha, apple cider and other treats.
Learn what really powers the reindeer and guides Santa’s sleigh Christmas Eve as you celebrate with your neighbors on Sunday, December 20th from 3 to 5 p.m.
Lay back and sing-along to your holiday favorites while you enjoy the tiny, bright lights and verdant garlands that deck the café’s walls. The song says “all is calm, all is bright.” We might not be calm, but we certainly are bright!
Bring the tiny tots. Tip piano player Dennis Kucherawy of corktown.ca and he may treat you to that Christmas classic Linus and Lucy, the music that made Charlie Brown hip in his first Christmas TV special.
Even Grinches and Scrooges may crack a smile! Bah, egg nog!
