Another just announced road closure in Corktown – northbound River St. will be detoured from Shuter along Mark to Labatt for about 5 weeks starting Monday, Nov. 3rd.
Just received from a City Public Consultation Co-ordinator:
Please be aware that as part of the Gerrard Watermain construction project (www.toronto.ca/GerrardWM), the contractors will be closing the northbound lanes on River Street at Mark St (south of Dundas) for about 5 weeks. A short detour around the work site will be provided to allow traffic to continue north.
NOTE:
– Work is to begin on Monday, November 3rd
– Should last 5 weeks
– Local water service should not be affected
– Should be working during regular hours
