With community support from the Corktown Residents & Business Association, the King East Design District Exhibition is set to take place between Church and Sackville Streets this weekend, on September 29 and 30. This inaugural weekend-long event combines various staples of luxurious lifestyle found in Toronto, and will offer the opportunity for venues within the district to showcase the best of local and international design from furniture, to accessories, wine and dining.
Attendees have the opportunity to obtain a passport by making a $10 donation to Habitat for Humanity, Toronto. This passport will chronicle their journey to the individual locations, where an interactive and educational design experience will be offered. Attendees also have the opportunity to learn about carpet making, venture on design tours, get in-store interior consultations and check out the latest collections by renowned designers. The King East Design District Exhibition will bring together the leaders in design and architecture to showcase the expressive future of the King East neighbourhood to the design savvy public of Toronto.
You don’t want to miss it. You can buy your $10 passport, in support of Habit for Humanity, online at KingEastDesignDistrict.com.
